Ali ERSOY

Prof. Dr. Assist. Prof. Dr. Ersoy was born in Ankara in 1976. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara, Dr. Assoc. Dr. Ersoy graduated from Fırat University Faculty of Medicine in 2002.

After working in the Emergency Department of Muş State Hospital for one year and then completing his compulsory service in Elazığ Aksaray Health Center, Dr. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ersoy started his PhD in Biophysics at this time.

While he was in the thesis stage, he won the thoracic diseases assistantship at Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University. Dr. Ersoy became a Chest Diseases Specialist in 2010. Dr. Assist. Dr. Ersoy worked in Samsun Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Hospital, Hatay Dörtyol State Hospital, Hatay Antakya State Hospital, Hatay Private Samandağ Deniz Hospital and Hatay Private Defne Hospital, respectively.

Having received Polysomnography (Sleep Test) and Endobronchial Ultrasonography trainings, Dr. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ersoy started his duty in SANKO University Hospital Chest Diseases Department as of December 2022.

Dr. Assist. Dr. Ersoy's areas of interest; bronchoscopy, EBUS (Endobronchial Ultrasongraphy), polysomnography (Sleep test), SFT (Pulmonary function tests), lung cancers, COPD, Asthma, respiratory infections (Pneumonia, bronchitis), pleural effusion (fluid between the lung membranes), interstitial lung diseases.

Prof. Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Ersoy is married and has 4 children.
