He was born in Gaziantep in 1981. Between 1992-1999, he completed his secondary and high school education at Gaziantep Anatolian High School. Between 1999 and 2005, he received the title of Medical Doctor by studying at Erzurum Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine. During his Orthopedics and Traumatology residency training at Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology between 2006-2011, he worked as the Chief Assistant in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology and in the Department of Hand Surgery in 2010 and 2011.

In 2011, he received "Advanced Hand-Wrist Surgery and Wrist Arthroscopy" training at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, London/England, and then "Basic and Advanced Shoulder Arthroscopy" training at the Arthroscopy Association of North America, Illinois/USA. In 2012-2013, he served as a compulsory service to the T.C. Having completed the Ministry of Health, Bitlis State Hospital, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Dr. Instructor Member Büdeyri has been working at SANKO University Hospital since June 2013.

Professional interests; Hand, Wrist, Elbow and Shoulder Surgery, Arthroscopic Surgery, Orthopedic Reconstructive Microsurgery, Dr. Instructor Member Budeiri; Turkish Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology Association, Turkish Sports Injuries, Turkish Arthroscopy and Knee Surgery Association, Turkish Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Association, Turkish Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Association, Reconstructive Microsurgery Association, Turkish Sailing Federation-Windsurf/Kitesurf Health Board, North American Arthroscopy He is a member of the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy.

As of 2014, at SANKO University Orthopedics and Traumatology Department, Dr. Instructor He started working as a member. He is married and has 1 child.
