He was born in Afyonkarahisar in 1973. After primary school education, he studied at Uşak Anatolian High School and Istanbul Science High School. He graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. Between 2005 and 2010, he worked as an Emergency Service Responsible Physician in a private hospital in Mersin.

After studying Radiology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Hadassah Faculty of Medicine in 2015, getting his equivalency at Ankara Baskent University Faculty of Medicine and working on interventional radiology for 6 months, he completed his 2 years of Interventional Radiology training and received a diploma in Interventional Radiology.

Gaziantep Dr. He worked as an Interventional Radiology Specialist at Ersin Arslan Training and Research Hospital for 4 years. He has been working at SANKO University Hospital as of January 2023.

His professional interests are oncological interventional radiology, stroke, aneurysm treatment and vascular interventional procedures.

exp. Dr. Ulusoy is married and has two daughters.
