Opr. Dr Sarıgüney was born in Ankara in 1975 and completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He studied at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine between 1993-1999. In 2000, he ranked in the Medical Speciality Examination and won the Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He completed his compulsory service at Diyarbakır State Hospital (2006-2008). He worked at Gaziantep Şehitkamil State Hospital between 2008-2012. Opr. Dr Sarıgüney worked in a private hospital between 2012-2025.

Opr. Dr. Sarıgüney has 12 articles published in international refereed journals, 8 papers presented at international scientific meetings and published in the proceedings book, 5 articles published in national refereed journals, 22 papers presented at national scientific meetings and published in the proceedings book.
