Dr Sarıgüney, Assistant Professor, was born in Ankara in 1975. He completed his primary, secondary and sixth-form education in Ankara. Between 1993 and 1999, he studied at the Faculty of Medicine, Gazi University. In 2000, having achieved a high ranking in the Postgraduate Medical Specialisation Examination, he was admitted to the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Gazi University. He completed his compulsory service at Diyarbakır State Hospital (2006–2008). Between 2008 and 2012, he worked at Gaziantep Şehitkamil State Hospital. Dr Sarıgüney, Assistant Professor, worked at a private hospital between 2012 and 2025.

Dr Sarıgüney has 12 articles published in international peer-reviewed journals, 8 papers presented at international scientific conferences and published in the conference proceedings, 5 articles published in national peer-reviewed journals, and 22 papers presented at national scientific conferences and published in the conference proceedings.

Her areas of interest include:

  • Rhinoplasty
  • Breast surgery
  • Tummy tuck
  • Liposuction (the procedure to remove excess fat tissue from the body)
  • Eyelid aesthetics
  • Botox, fillers, mesotherapy (medical aesthetic procedures).
