WHAT IS OZONE?
Ozone, which is formed by the combination of three oxygen atoms, is a colorless and pungent-smelling gas. The task of ozone gas, which turns into a dark blue color in liquid form, protects the world against ultraviolet radiation from the sun in the stratosphere. It is used in the disinfection of water and food in developed countries. The name ozone comes from the Greek word “ozein” meaning “breath of god”.
