Erhan ÖZYOL

Born in Malatya in 1978, Assoc. Dr. Özyol completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine between 1995-2002, and his Ophthalmology residency at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology between 2003-2008. After his military service and compulsory service, he worked at Muğla University Training and Research Hospital Ophthalmology Clinic.

Vitreoretinal Surgery training in Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital Retina Clinic in 2013, Dr. He trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery and Glued IOL Surgery at Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Chennai, India.

He was awarded the title of "Associate Professor" in 2017 and the title of "FEBO" in 2018 by successfully passing the "European Board of Ophthalmology" exam held in Paris/France.

As of May 2018, Assoc. Dr. Özyol accepts patients in the Ophthalmology Clinic of SANKO University Hospital.

Assoc. Dr. Özyol has many articles published in national and international indexed ophthalmology journals, author of ophthalmology book chapters, and many papers presented in national and international ophthalmology congresses. He also works as a consultant and consultant editor in national and international ophthalmology journals. He is a member of Turkish Ophthalmology Association, TOD Cataract and Refractive Surgery Unit, European Cataract and Refractive Surgery Association. Dr. Özyol's main areas of interest are vitreoretinal surgery, cataract surgery and glaucoma.

Assoc. Dr. Özyol is married and has two children.
