People who apply to our Nutrition and Diet Clinic can be given weight loss package programs, as well as weekly follow-ups. In addition, special diet lists are prepared for people who apply to our polyclinic as a patient, according to the nature of their disease. While preparing these diet programs, necessary examinations are made and care is taken to prepare a personalized healthy diet program, taking into account the working and social conditions of the patient. For this purpose, Nutrition and Diet Clinic, which prepares a personalized nutrition plan, also tries to teach healthy nutrition or to provide nutritional behavior change in people who come with any health problems. For this, the nutritional habits of the individuals are reviewed in detail at the first examination. First of all, body fat, muscle, water ratio and distribution of current fat in the body are determined for those who want to receive nutritional counseling or patients, then a "personalized nutritional treatment" is planned and followed up regularly in line with age, height, gender, physical activity and blood findings. Moreover; Nutrition programs are organized, trainings are provided and follow-up is carried out for people with special conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy-breastfeeding, childhood and adolescence.

Inpatient Nutrition and Diet Services

The Nutrition and Diet Clinic works with physicians and nurses in a multidisciplinary manner after the patient is admitted to the service, and the nutrition program specific to the patient and the disease is planned and implemented by the dietitian with periodic visits. During these visits, the patient's nutritional status is followed, and the patient and his companion are informed at all dietary stages. When necessary, diet training is given to the patient, both verbally and in writing, while the patient is discharged. In hygienic conditions, the meals prepared in the hospital are distributed to the rooms by the room service under the supervision of a dietician, on trays with lids that prevent heat loss. As in every department of SANKO University Hospital, patient satisfaction is of great importance in Nutrition and Diet Clinic.

Meals for companions are also served in the rooms.
